Dreadful List

This was my initial list, though it kept growing as more things that could be improved were found. My car is fixed and stuff is clean, but the house still needs some improvements before it becomes a true fortress that'll laugh at the next category 5. Finding workers and materials hasn't been easy.

List of things to do after Maria:

+ Replace tires, align new tires and check breaks for water damage

+ Replace back porch roof

+ Repair photovoltaic battery backup

+ Seal whole roof against leaks

+ Reinforce windows against leaks

+ Clean debris off roof and examine damage to PV panels

+ Get a new water tank and heater

+ Clean and paint
